Super fresh tasting pasta and hearty focaccia. I’m 28 years old and have never left a food review but this was good enough to inspire my first. Some of the best food in the gorge, easily.

First time and we will be back! Hands down the best Italian food we have had in a very long time. Was so surprised, had one of almost everything and my family loved it! Another reason to drive an hour to Hood River.

Elizabeth the owner is amazing and so helpful! My partner and I stop by after skiing all day and was unsure what pasta to get and Elizabeth gave us samples of each pasta sauce to try before we ordered and guided us through the menu. They switch the menus each month on the 15th and we are so excited to come back and try this again!! 10/10

We were driving through the area and just stopped to grab a bite to eat and were lucky enough to stumble across this food cart! The wonderful owner let us know that the menu rotates through different regions. The menu we got to try was Sicily, and it was delicious! I got the Pasta con Pesto di Pistacchio, and my partner got the Pasta Alla Norma (which he loved) as well as the focaccia (which was nice and thick)! I highly recommend stopping by for a bite to eat, and if you can, drive the 6 minutes to The Spit Park for beautiful views!

This is truly a gem. My wife and I are taking a road trip through Oregon, and we came across Pesco initially from Yelp. The food is absolutely wonderful, and this is one of those successful projects created by someone who is truly passionate about bringing delicious food to customers. If you come visiting the Gorge, don't miss out trying these wonderful Italian dishes prepared in such a unique setting.

Elizabeth is SO sweet and SO kind, and Pesco’s food is absolutely insane!! Elizabeth even gave us free samples of all the sauces and free slices of bread to try (which was so so good). You must try this food stand!! Also, the Italian wheat Elizabeth uses is safe to eat for gluten sensitive folks, even my friend who is extremely sensitive to gluten is able to eat all her bread and pasta with no problem! Seriously, give it a try :)

Wow wow wow what unbelievably delicious, authentic, and quick food! Total gem. We had the gnocchi and the cauliflower pasta. Sooo good they didn't even need meat. They were sold out of a few menu items by 3:30 or so on a Sunday, so we're guessing this can be a VERY popular spot. Treat yourself to some truly top tier Italian food while exploring the gorge, you won't regret it
